The International Image Interoperability Framework (IIIF) 2017 Conference in The Vatican is intended for a wide range of participants and interested parties, including digital image repository managers, content curators, software developers, scholars, and administrators at libraries, museums, cultural heritage institutions, software firms, and other organizations working with digital images and audio/visual materials. The conference will consist of two events with separate registration:

Ann Hanlon

Head, Digital Collections and Initiatives
Ann Hanlon is Head of Digital Collections and Initiatives at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She also co-founded and leads the Digital Humanities Lab at UWM. Ann has an MA in History from the University of Maryland and her MSLIS from the University of Illinois. She has worked with digital collections since 2004 - at the University of Maryland, Marquette University, and since 2012 at UWM. She has led projects to digitize archival collections of all shapes and sizes and has also worked in the areas of digital preservation and digital scholarship. She has published and presented in the fields of digital collections and scholarship, digital preservation, and digital humanities.
